Come visit our newest location in Charlestowne Mall

Come visit our newest location in the Western Suburbs, Charlestowne Mall. Stop in anytime and ask questions of our instructors about Taoist Tai Chi® internal arts of health and even join in a class to try it out.

Classes started at this location on November 14 so please see the Western Suburbs page for the schedule of beginner, health recovery and continuing classes. Health recovery classes include a sitting set for those who have trouble standing or walking.

The Charlestowne Mall is at 3800 E. Main Street (Route 64) in St. Charles. We are next to Carson Pirie Scott on the ground level. Our facilities are handicapped accessible.
