You may attend as many classes a week as you wish at no additional cost. Please email iowa@taoist.org with questions about Taoist tai Chi Society contributions for these classes.
Wear light flexible shoes and comfortable clothing.
You are always welcome to observe or participate in one class at no charge.
Register at first class.
We also offer classes through the Senior Center, 28 S Linn St., Iowa City
New beginner classes start in January, April, July and October.
